My 75-minute drop-in yoga classes are suitable for complete beginners as well as those with yoga experience.

Yoga class prices from Jan 2018

  • Frequent Yogi Pass: 5 classes to use  in *7* weeks: £40
  • Flexi Yogi Pass: 5 classes to use  in *10* weeks: £45
  • Drop-in: £10

Where classes get busy/full your place in the class will be only be guaranteed if you have a Class Pass.

I encourage you to commit to yourself and the class by buying a Class Pass but it’s fine to try out the class at the drop-in rate. Or, if your circumstances don’t suit a class pass option then the drop-in rate is available – subject to space being available in the class.

Restorative Yoga in Eastleigh

A unique monthly Restorative Yoga class incorporating deeply relaxing yoga and the soothing, calming and balancing effects of essential oils.

£15,  only 10 places per class. Pre-booked only.

What to wear / bring

  • Please bring an exercise or yoga mat. If you don’t have one a large towel or a blanket would be fine. (I do have two or three spare mats though if you’re stuck for your first lesson.)
  • If you would like to buy a yoga mat you can get reasonably priced ones from places such as TX Maxx or Argos.
  • Please wear loose, comfortable clothes that you can easily move around in.
  • You may like to bring a bottle of water.
  • Bring an extra jumper or blanket for the relaxation session which ends each class.
  • If you have sore knees or a sore back you may like to bring a cushion for support.

Yoga style

Registered Dru yoga teacherIn my classes you’ll discover an oasis of calm  and experience a gently flowing, therapeutic, slower-paced style of yoga called Dru Yoga.

Dru Yoga & Meditation is a gentle yet powerfully transformational form of yoga, which focuses on emotional energy release, and works on body, mind and soul leaving you feeling positive and empowered.

You’ll be encouraged to move mindfully – that is with kind, compassionate self-awareness – and be encouraged to work with what feels good for you and your body.

You’ll connect to your breath.  You’ll relax. You’ll nourish your soul.

So when you come to my yoga classes & workshops you’ll find we do things differently to many other yoga teachers. We leave the stresses of modern life at the door. We let go of striving and pushing and comparing and judging and ease into a relaxed, friendly space where you can simply breathe and be.

Yes, you’ll move your body but in a way which feels nurturing, mindful and will put you back in touch with your body’s needs (rather than adapting your body to weird shapes). There’s no sweating and pushing or wrapping yourself up in knots !

My classes offer a weekly haven of “me-time” for you to take a break from the busyness of everyday life and do something good, for YOU.

My classes & workshops are suitable for you if you’re experiencing emotional stresses and strains or bodily aches and pains, and are always open to beginners (I demonstrate and describe everything we do).

Or if you’re a more experienced yogi, well, this is a style of yoga you may not have experienced before! It’s gracefully flowing and Tai Chi-like, we take a mindful approach and connect to all layers of our experience: body, breath & energy, emotions, mind & thoughts and that blissful sense of stillness and connection that yoga brings.
